Level-Up Messages

When you level up, the server shows the notice as an on-screen title that disappears quickly. With this feature on, the same message is also written to chat so you can read it later:

Your Swimming Level has increased to 12!!!

Each message is only written once per session. Enable it under Config → ChatUtils → Enable LevelUp Messages.
